Q. What is the difference between MIDA-PLEX and MIDA-GOLD?
A. MIDA-PLEX has the optimum dosage of glucosamine and chondroitin with MSM and Vitamin C. MIDA-GOLD has less of the above but has 1,000 mg. of anti-inflammatory herbs added to the formula to deal with the more acute problems encountered due to heavy training or competition.
 

Q. What is Hyaluronic Acid?
A. It is a clear and odorless liquid essential for the health of the synovial fluid (along with glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate) that supports the bones and joints. It is often used by doctors and veterinarians to lubricate joints, melt hardened tissue and shorten injury recovery periods. It is also used to restore circulation and relieve pain.
