"I have used MIDA-GOLD extensively in my equine practice and have found it to be a very useful tool in sore or lame horses. Our practice includes racehorses, competitive English and Western horses and pleasure horses and the results have been uniformly positive in all disciplines.

The wafers are very palatable and well accepted by most horses. Many joint supplements have MSM, Glucosamine Sulfate and Chondroitin Sulfate as does MIDA-GOLD, but the added proprietary blend of herbal extracts must give it it's anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. I have even seen school horses that lived on daily "bute" to keep going, be able to be substituted with MIDA-GOLD. MIDA-GOLD does not appear to have the stomach problems that long term "bute" therapy sometimes gives.

I believe that MIDA-GOLD is superior to many of the joint supplements on the market and is an economical supplement to treat the injuries, stresses and strains of training, competition or aging."
